9 Days Delhi – Agra – Jaipur – Khajuraho with Panna Tour

Activity Description

Day 1: Arrival in Delhi

Upon arrival at Delhi Airport or Railway Station, our representative will greet you and assist with transfer to the hotel. The day is free to relax after your journey or explore nearby markets at leisure.

• Overnight stay in Delhi.

Day 2: Delhi – Agra (Agra Sightseeing)

After breakfast, drive to Agra (approx. 4 hours). Upon arrival, check into your hotel and proceed for sightseeing:

• Visit the Taj Mahal, the crown jewel of Mughal architecture and a symbol of eternal love.
• Explore the Agra Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage site showcasing palaces, courtyards, and Mughal grandeur.
• Optionally, visit Mehtab Bagh for a stunning sunset view of the Taj Mahal.
• Overnight stay in Agra.

Day 3: Agra – Fatehpur Sikri – Jaipur

After breakfast, depart for Jaipur (approx. 5–6 hours). En route, stop at:

• Fatehpur Sikri, the former Mughal capital built by Emperor Akbar, known for its Buland Darwaza and Jama Masjid.
  Continue your journey to Jaipur, popularly called the Pink City. Check in at the hotel and enjoy your evening at leisure.

• Overnight stay in Jaipur.

Day 4: Full-Day Jaipur Sightseeing

After breakfast, set out to explore the royal city of Jaipur:

• Visit Amber Fort, a majestic hilltop fortress offering panoramic views and artistic interiors.
• Explore the City Palace, still home to the royal family of Jaipur.
• Discover the Jantar Mantar, an 18th-century astronomical observatory and UNESCO site.
• Stop for photos at the iconic Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), known for its intricate lattice windows.
  Evening is free for shopping in colorful bazaars famous for jewelry, textiles, and handicrafts.
• Overnight stay in Jaipur.

Day 5: Jaipur – Khajuraho

After breakfast, transfer to the airport/railway station for your journey to Khajuraho. On arrival, check in at your hotel. The rest of the evening is free to relax or take a stroll in the town.

Day 6: Khajuraho Temple Tour

Today is dedicated to exploring the world-renowned Khajuraho Temples, a UNESCO World Heritage site:

• Visit the Western Group of Temples, including Kandariya Mahadeva Temple, Lakshmana Temple, and Vishwanath Temple—masterpieces of Chandela art.
• Continue to the Eastern and Southern Groups, known for Jain shrines and smaller yet beautifully carved temples.
  In the evening, you may attend the Sound & Light Show (optional), which narrates the history of Khajuraho.
• Overnight stay in Khajuraho.

Day 7: Panna National Park Safari

Get ready for an adventurous day in the wilderness:

• Early morning, head to Panna National Park for a thrilling jungle safari. Spot wildlife including tigers, leopards, sloth bears, and a variety of birds.
• Return to the hotel for breakfast and some leisure time.
• In the afternoon, enjoy another evening safari for a better chance of spotting the elusive Royal Bengal Tiger.
• Return to Khajuraho.
• Overnight stay in Khajuraho.

Day 8: Khajuraho – Agra (Evening Shopping)

After breakfast, drive back to Agra (approx. 7–8 hours).

• On arrival, check into your hotel and freshen up.
• In the evening, enjoy shopping in Agra’s bustling markets, famous for marble inlay work, leather goods, and handicrafts.
• Overnight stay in Agra.

Day 9: Agra – Delhi (Departure)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Delhi Airport for your onward journey. Carry back unforgettable memories of history, culture, and wildlife from this incredible trip.
