Activity Description
Day 1: Arrival in Delhi
Arrive in Delhi, where you’ll be greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Spend the day at leisure exploring local bazaars or simply relaxing after your journey.

Day 2: Delhi to Khajuraho by Vande Bharat Express
Board the modern Vande Bharat Express train and enjoy a comfortable ride through the scenic countryside to Khajuraho. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and unwind.

Day 3: Morning & Evening Safaris in Panna Tiger Reserve
Head out on an early morning safari in Panna Tiger Reserve, known for its tigers, leopards, and bird species. Return for breakfast and relaxation, then set off for an evening safari to explore another zone of the reserve.

Booking Process
- A confirmation voucher will be issued upon receipt of advance payment.
- Balance payment must be cleared before the start of the tour.
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- 30% advance payment at the time of booking.
- 70% balance payment to be made before the commencement of the tour.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, UPI, or other approved modes.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour start date – Full refund (after deducting transaction charges).
- Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before the tour start date – 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour start date – No refund.
- In case of no-show or early departure, no refund will be applicable.
Amendments & Rescheduling
- Amendments to bookings are subject to availability.
- Safari bookings and train tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once issued.
- All wildlife safaris are subject to availability and government regulations.
- The itinerary may change due to weather conditions, park closures, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers.
