To reach Kanha National Park, located in Madhya Pradesh, India, you can opt for various transportation modes. If arriving by air, the nearest airport is Jabalpur Airport, around 160 km away. From there, you can hire a taxi or use bus services to reach the park. Alternatively, you can fly to Raipur Airport, approximately 250 km away, and then proceed by road.

For those preferring train travel, the nearest railway stations are Gondia and Jabalpur. From either station, you can hire a taxi or use bus services to reach the park, with Jabalpur being the more commonly used option.

If you’re driving, the park is well-connected by road. You can take National Highway 7 or 26 to reach Kanha from major cities like Jabalpur, Nagpur, and Raipur.

  • Nagpur (Via Balaghat-Baihar) – 260 kms

  • Jabalpur (Via Mandla) – 150 kms
  • Raipur (Via Chilpi-Sijhora) – 220 Kms
