Greetings to www.mpforest.co.in ("Website") and the 'Find 24' app for Android and iOS (collectively, "App"). 'Find 24' ("we/ us/ our/ "), a corporation registered under the regulations of the Companies Act of 1956, owns the domain name for the Website and the App.

The use of the Website, App, services, and tools by the customer ("you/your/traveler") is regulated by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use"), including the applicable legislation, which is incorporated herein by reference and form a binding agreement between you and 'Find 24'. If you transact on the Website or App, you will be subject to the applicable policies for such transaction, as indicated on the Website and App. Your use of this Website and App represents your binding duty and agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices, which 'Find 24' reserves the right to change at any time without notice. Any use of the Website or App is subject to the Terms of Service.


Content Usage Limitations

'Find 24' shall not be liable for your use of any information or materials on this Website or App. You must ensure that any products, services, or information available on this Website or App meet your specific requirements. No information, software, products, or services obtained from this Website or App may be modified, copied, distributed, transmitted, displayed, performed, reproduced, published, licensed, or created derivative works from, transferred, or sold.

Disclaimer: Unless otherwise indicated, 'Find 24' does not claim credit for images featured on its blog site. There is a copyright on all visual content that belongs to its respectful owners. Restrictions On Liability

By making a booking, you understand that 'Find 24' simply provides a technology platform for the booking of services and products and that the ultimate responsibility for its execution or performance lies with the respective Travel Agent or Service Provider and not with 'Find 24'. It is between you and 'Find 24' and/or the Service Provider that the final contract of service is formed. The following acknowledgments are also made in this regard:

  • As far as quality and fitness are concerned, 'Find 24' makes no guarantees.
  • Any services listed by Travel Agents or Providers are not guaranteed by 'Find 24'.
  • In no way does 'Find 24' assume responsibility for the quality of services provided by other service providers.

You accept and understand that 'Find 24' shall be entitled to indemnification for any harm suffered by 'Find 24' as a result of your misuse of its Website or App, and 'Find 24' will have full rights to seek redress in the proper court of law. 'Find 24' and/or its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or suppliers, as well as their relevant successors, heirs, and permitted assigns, will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of visa rejection, hotel cancellation policies, and/or any other policy of third-party service providers associated with the item that you acquire from 'Find 24'.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is valid and suitable for overseas travel. 'Find 24' and/or its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or suppliers, as well as their respective successors, heirs, and allowed assigns, will not be held liable if a passport is declared ineligible for entry/exit during or before foreign travel.

Below are some essential passport do's and don'ts:

  • From the date of return, passports must be valid for at least six months;
  • Passports that have been handwritten are not valid;
  • A barcode must be present on all passports;
  • A passport should not be tampered with or mutilated;
  • Ensure the passport name matches the visa documents.

Exceptions To The Rule

As a result of any failure or delay in performing any of 'Find 24's' obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, or any of their successors, heirs, or permitted assigns, 'Find 24' or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or suppliers shall not be liable or defaulted by.

  • Failure in transportation
  • War, sabotage, embargoes, terrorism, riots, etc.
  • Acts of government, courts, or administrative agencies
  • Other causes include acts of God, fire, explosions, floods, earthquakes, strikes, acts of government, epidemics, or quarantine restrictions.

It is both your and 'Find 24's' responsibility to avoid, overcome, and offset the effects of an event of Force Majeure. In the event of a Force Majeure, the Terms of Use given hereunder shall once again be fully effective. If a Force Majeure event occurs, neither you nor 'Find 24' are relieved of obligations accrued before the event.

"IMPORTANT POINTS TO REMEMBER!"

  • I) All commercial/contractual conditions are given and agreed upon only between travelers and travel agents. Terms about price, payment methods, payment conditions, date, period, and mode of delivery, warranties linked to products and services, and after-sales services associated with goods and amenities are examples of commercial/contractual terms. 'Find 24' has no control over, nor does it determine, advise, or participate in the offering or approval of such commercial/contractual conditions between travelers and travel agents.
  • II) You recognize that 'Find 24' just provides a platform via which you can access numerous travel-specific services by travel agents via the Website and App. It is agreed that the contract for the sale of any of the items or services will be exclusively bipartite between you and the travel agent, with 'Find 24' not knowing such a transaction.
  • III) Neither 'Find 24', nor its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or suppliers shall be or be deemed responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising out of or related to this website.
  • IV) 'Find 24' makes no guarantee or warranty for any of its travel agents or other service providers' item-specifics (such as legal title, creditworthiness, identity, and so on). You should independently verify the credentials of any travel agency you choose to engage with through the Website or App, and use your best judgment in that regard.
  • V) 'Find 24' shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform or non-performance of its commitments in whole or in part caused by causes other than its acts or omissions and beyond its effective control, such as incidents of force majeure or other similar causes, problems at the end of airlines, rails, buses, hotels, or transporters. In such a circumstance, the impacted traveler will be notified as soon as the situation allows.

Privacy Policy

We place a high priority on protecting your privacy. The acceptance of these Terms of Use constitutes your acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and unequivocally accepted our Privacy Policy.


Guidelines For Referral Programs

'Find 24' hereby withdraws its Referral Program Terms & Conditions on April 1, 2022. Additionally, no one/subscriber shall be entitled to any Referral Amount/'Find 24' Cash in pursuance of the Referral Program Terms & Conditions beyond the aforementioned indicated date. This Section replaces any other agreement/T&C that 'Find 24' may provide/mentioned in furtherance of Referral Program Terms & Conditions.


The Mode Of Refund

You acknowledge and agree that a refund may be issued in the form of a credit note/ voucher that can be used for future travel following the conditions that apply, or in cash. In all situations, the manner of return (credit note or cash) is determined by the Travel Agent and/or Service Provider.


Bookings, Refunds, & Cancellations

Since COVID-19 has recently been declared a pandemic, the Customer agrees that the end service provider (including the Travel Agent) may either cancel the booking or refuse to provide the services, as agreed with the Customer, without assigning any specific reason for the refusal.

Refusal of service may be due to the reasons including but not limited to the Customer:


  • COVID-19-associated symptoms.
  • Refusing to wear protective gear or comply with social distance norms.
  • Customers with any illness are vulnerable to viruses
  • Any other condition imposed by the Central Government, State Governments, and statutory bodies.

As a result, 'Find 24' is not liable if the end service provider refuses service. In addition, the Customer agrees that any refunds for such bookings will be processed by 'Find 24' to the Customer once funds are received from the end service provider. A traveler will have to follow frequent changes in guidelines and/or SOPs issued by the Central Government, State Governments, and statutory bodies due to the outbreak of COVID-19. All guidelines/SOPs must be followed by the Customer. 'Find 24' will not be held responsible for any refusal to travel caused by a failure to adhere to the same, and any refund will be subject to the terms of the service provider.


Return Restrictions & Indemnification

As a customer, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 'Find 24', its affiliates, and their officers, directors, lawful successors, and assigns from and against any losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs, or expenses incurred by or asserted against such indemnified parties as a result of, or as a consequence of, the breach of any representation or warranty provided by the User.

In the event of a Customer violation of the Terms and Conditions, 'Find 24' may hold or forfeit the refund.


Responsibilities Of The Customer

Our feedback is valued, but you are solely responsible for it (including, but not limited to, reviews you may submit about 'Find 24' on any other website, Social Media Platform, or other methods). There is no content you will post or transmit or continue to transmit or publish/continue to publish about 'Find 24' or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates that is unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, false, obscene, pornographic, or that might harm 'Find 24's' reputation, such as unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, false, obscene, pornographic.
